Service Area
The Veterinary Teaching Hospital at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine provides primary and emergency service for patients within a 35-mile radius of Blacksburg who are not under the care of a local veterinarian.
Specialty services are available to clientele of local practitioners, as well as those outside the 35-mile radius, on a referral basis. The referral must be initiated by a client's primary care veterinarian.
